RTJ gaskets products are used in oil & gas pipelines, chemical processing plants, power generation plants, refineries, and other industrial applications that require a high level of reliability and safety. Ring gaskets come in various sizes, shapes, and materials to suit different applications.  The Ring Joint (RTJ) gasket is typically made of precision-machined metal, such as stainless steel or Inconel, and has a specific shape that provides a robust and reliable seal between flange connections. The gasket has a raised ring with an oval or octagonal shape that fits into a corresponding groove on the flange faces. The ring type joint rtj gasket’s shape allows it to deform under compression, creating a tight and secure seal. When the flanges are tightened, the gasket is compressed, and the raised ring is deformed to create a metal-to-metal seal that can withstand high pressure.
