Polyethylene Spill Containment Pallet Heightened version (2 Drum Sysbel[58 Gal/220 L]

SYSBEL polyethylene spill containment pallet is essentially a plastic pallet that can control leakage and has a leakage groove. The forklift tank is set to store, transport, and recycle oil drums and chemical drums. All leaks will flow into the drain tank and will not flow to the ground. The spill pallet has its own matching slope, which makes the handling of chemical storage barrels easy, fast and simple. The high-strength, movable and detachable grille is easy to disassemble, clean and replace, and the drain hole can drain the liquid in the drain tank, so that most of the liquid can be recycled.

Polyethylene Spill Containment Pallet's features

1. Made with 100% polyethylene, with good UV, rust, corrosion and most chemical resistance
2. Over sized sump holds 2-drums (55 Gal/200 L per drum) to contain leakage in the event of leak or rupture, and keeps storage area clean and safe
3. Removable, easy-to-assemble and anti-skid grates can be lifted out for quick access to maintenance, cleaning and decontamination
4. Two-way forklift entries allow easy movement
5. Meeting and exceeding SPCC regulations in EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and 40 CFR 112.7

Polyethylene Spill Containment Pallet's advantages

1. The leak-proof pallet has a strong structure and can carry a full load of oil drums, chemical drums, various storage containers and mechanical equipment
2. High-density polyethylene material, anti-ultraviolet, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, long service life, resistant to most chemicals
3. The non-slip grille on the orange peel surface will not fracturing when fully loaded, and can be removed, which is beneficial to quickly deal with leaking liquids
4. Pallets can be transported by forklifts, and the platforms can be joined together to form a leak-holding workstation
5. Help keep the ground dry and avoid slipping and falling accidents
6. All leaky trays and platforms can be nested and stacked, saving space and transportation costs
7. The anti-leakage tray is equipped with a leakage plug, which is easy to operate
8. The anti-leakage tray can be equipped with a slope to facilitate the handling of bulk objects
Comply with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Environmental Protection Act Container Use and Management Regulations and Leakage Control Regulations EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and Spill Prevention and Control (SPCC) Container , the U.S. National Pollution Elimination System.
